Description of Services

Advanced Pasadena Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation services in Pasadena, California and surrounding areas. Our services include, but are not limited to, spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, air sealing, vapor barrier installation, and insulation removal.

All services are performed by licensed and insured professionals. We reserve the right to decline any project that we determine is outside our scope of work or that would present safety concerns for our crew or your property.

Estimates and Pricing

Free estimates are provided at no obligation. An estimate is not a binding contract. Final pricing is confirmed in a written proposal before work begins, and your signature or written approval is required before any work is scheduled.

Estimates are based on the conditions observed during the on-site assessment. If conditions differ from what was visible during the estimate (for example, hidden damage, unusual construction, or access limitations discovered after work begins), we will notify you promptly and provide a revised scope and price before continuing.

All prices are quoted in US dollars. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of the written estimate unless otherwise stated.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Once a project is scheduled, we ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule. Jobs cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a scheduling fee at our discretion.

We make every effort to arrive on time. Delays can occur due to weather, traffic, or prior job complications. If we anticipate a significant delay, we will contact you as early as possible.

We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions that would compromise material performance (for example, extreme heat or moisture during spray foam application).

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each written proposal. In most cases, a deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards unless otherwise noted.

Invoices that remain unpaid beyond 30 days of the completion date may be subject to late fees. We reserve the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances through appropriate legal channels.

Warranty

We stand behind our work. Any warranty terms for a specific project will be stated in the written proposal. In general, we will return to correct any installation defects that arise from our workmanship at no additional charge during the warranty period.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by: water intrusion or flooding after installation, pest infestation, structural changes made by others, or normal wear and tear. Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate from our workmanship warranty and are subject to the manufacturer's terms.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Advanced Pasadena Insulation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services or your use of our website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
